    Based on Treasury Board MOU high level Guidelines, and PWGSC CIO's and DG SMS vision and requirements, and in order diminish the number of ongoing disputes / conflicts and improve overall service delivery and satisfaction, developed and wrote from the ground up, the "Memorandum of Understanding between PWGSC and SSC", which is outlining the roles and responsibilities of each party, and defining and clarifying the scope of the appropriated / core / at no cost services (to be inferred by SSC)…

    Based on Treasury Board MOU high level Guidelines, and PWGSC CIO's and DG SMS vision and requirements, and in order diminish the number of ongoing disputes / conflicts and improve overall service delivery and satisfaction, developed and wrote from the ground up, the "Memorandum of Understanding between PWGSC and SSC", which is outlining the roles and responsibilities of each party, and defining and clarifying the scope of the appropriated / core / at no cost services (to be inferred by SSC), and the optional / cost recoverable / out of scope services (to be inferred by PWGSC), and which has been later transfer back to SSC CRM who took back the ownership of the document and retained most its content.
    This MOU has been signed and is now being reviewed and implemented across all 43 SSC partners.
